If you go to the Properties menu in Steam for the game, and go to the Local Files tab, there should be an option that says "Verify integrity of game cache." It should get rid of anything not in the base game files.

Remove all mods, delete the game, and re-install a fresh copy of the game.

I think the problem is that you have the M52-53Functions_7.2 from The Bigfoot's mod twice.

There should be a folder called "PhoenixMod" in your game folder. Within that folder, there should be a "game" folder. Copy everything from that folder into the original game folder (...\Sunrider\game). Override files if asked to.

Interesting that rpy files are also read out of subfolders in the game folder, did not know about that.

yeah after some hours of using my tired brain because even with the fresh up internet version it didn't work
so i figured maybe i should just copy past the file of the folder phoenixmod into the game folder directly (tought i did it case per case XD)
thanks for the info ~~

No problem, sorry to hear that you got these problems. But if it helps, I at least learned from it that subfolders can be used to store rpy files as well. This opens the possibility to create a dedicated mods folder to store all the mod files if one wishes to do so.

verifying the local files through steam doesn't touch files that are not part of the game, therefore mods are not affected assuming it doesn't overwrite game files. you will have to delete them yourself manually or just nuke the entire folder and redownload :(

if a mod is partly its own files and partly overwrites it's very likely verifying the cache only breaks all the things. redownloading the mod could fix that.

restoring from the backup my mod manager makes would prevent the problem of needing to nuke the whole folder...

Please be careful not to fall into any holes in reality caused by my reality hole generator. If you do fall in though, I can assure you that there will be no adverse side effects except for the following: instantaneous mutation, loss of 1 or more vital organs, turning into banana pudding, amnesia, loss/growth of 1 or more limbs, additional vital organs, loss of DNA, insanity, hallucinations, destruction of the fabric of space and time, redundancy, redundancy, a craving for apples, the ability to see shinigami, for females: an erection lasting more than 4 hours, for males: extremely painful menstrual cramps, testicular inversion, gender swapping, the urge to watch my little pony, and/or death

The problem is you somehow duplicated the phoenix mod, the error is its reading the functions file twice like saibotleih said. (As its used in saibotlieh's mod aswell you may need to overwrite it but as its the same version of the file, thats perfectly fine.

All you need to do is delete the PhoenixMod folder in the game folder. I should have made it clear, all you need to do to install it is drop the game folder into the sunrider directory and all the files will be put in the right place.
