You don't get the damage point for doing that though, right?

I suppose it's a way to speed up farming once main event is done with, and after you've gotten 100m DP (or 200m BP, if you're going all out).

On another note, decided to burn my tickets and most of my remaining quartz now rather than save up for next banner/event... 10 minutes later:

Well, definitely not as lucky as those who NP3 her on just a few rolls of free quartz, lol.

Still, Im planning to throw every scrap of ticket and quartz I get from login, missions, bonds and event I can get my hands on at her (other than 30 paid quartz Im saving for the guaranteed rolls), and well see how far I can stretch my luck.

Hell, your post even helped me to finally make up my mind about making a clean break from DanMachi Memoria Freese (deleting account recovery info and uninstalling the game). I had been noticing that I was just repeatedly skipping the story parts of events just to grind Iris to roll the gacha, and repeatedly find myself stopping just short of buying Iris to roll paid gacha, for a game where I no longer even bothered to slow down and enjoy the story bits.
Glad it helped even a bit. This is a serious sort of thing, even if I didn't take it seriously enough for a while. I played a few gacha games myself where I just kept logging in and collecting stuff to roll with, rather than playing, because I didn't really enjoy what the game itself was about. Probably not too good to get into that mindset. Games should be fun because they're fun, after all~

As a side note, I'd have recommended seeing if you could have sold the account to someone. It wouldn't have made up for what you spent in any way, but there are people who would pay for what you've got. Recoup things a bit.
Honestly the idea did occur to me, while I was in the process of unlocking everything. But I figured, if I took the time to do anything other than just finishing it then and there, I'd talk myself out of it. And then who knows how much farther I'd go before I decided to stop the next time. If at all. It was hard enough already. Turns out, if you try to burn your Servants, it not only gives you a popup for all your high-rarity Servants, but a separate one for just grailed Servants. So, like, do you want to burn Jack and Nursery Rhyme specifically? Okay, you clicked yes, now do you want to burn them with everyone else?

Maybe it would have been smarter to just sell it, but at this point future saved money is more important than getting anything back right now. I've still got enough to take care of what I need to and more. The bigger issue is that I still want to play. I keep thinking: if I started a new account, I'd have no reason to spend anymore, since everything I sought after and achieved is gone. I could just play with low rarity stuff, and not worry about the rest. Get to keep experiencing the storyline, and enjoying what I originally enjoyed before the problem started. But I don't know if that'd work. Could just find some way to entirely block purchases with my card, or bank, or something, but... I dunno.

For the meantime, I'm gonna just find other things to play and enjoy, and see what I'm feeling like in a month or so. Not done with Fate as a whole, no matter what; still got lots of media to enjoy. And I found a channel that seems to be uploading Onigashima story content, and if they keep it up as the game goes on, I might be able to read stuff without playing, maybe.

I do miss my Servants, and my game. If I ever do play again, I'll miss using Jack most, I think, and maybe that's good enough reason not to try. I'd always want to get her, and then I'd always want to get her to NP5, and unless I made that my literal only goal, I don't think it's feasible without spending money. But I do keep thinking about it.

I thought that might be the case - acting fast so you don't back out. But yeah, find what you like and do that. I don't know what starting fresh with FGO would be like were you to do that now - maybe it'd be fine playing free, maybe it is too alluring. As long as you're aware that should help you out, however, and always questioning~

Mike, if you leave that MLB Wicker Basket CE on your Jeanne Alter once summit clears, I'll love you long time! <3

I only have the bronze CEs, sadly, so I can't help with farming.

I can set her up with that now. Had Shirou with the Pheasant CE in the All slot to support coral farming on my alt account, but Okita and Gil would be fine for that too.

EDIT:
Back on the progress of the event itself, I was originally playing pretty conservatively on the summit with the Waver/Drake/Raikou combo on the 2BP/3m run. Then I decided to go all out, and found that the Waver/Raikou/Jalter (+Red beans) combo utterly trivialised the 3BP/6m run, with a full NP chain immediately bringing Ushi Gozen down to less than 1m HP, which is then brought down to 0 in the next turn with a couple of boosted Buster crits.

Then again, I probably just shouldn't have wasted my time playing conservatively in the first place, since my alt account using Waver/Kintoki Rider/Anne & Mary (+Green beans) does a pretty consistent job bringing her down to around 2m HP remaining with a full NP chain, and the rest just depends on having some decent Quick servants with survival skills (e.g. our boy Cu-dog) in the back lines if she breaks out her NP.

I've been running it Waver + Santa + Scathach frontline, Waver + Helena + Mash backline, Caldea Mystic Code. Here's the strategy:

Step 1 - Work on getting Santa's bar up to full. Scathach is second priority. Waver does not matter for anything but giving buffs.
Step 2 - Use Santa to destroy the adds, Scathach 1st NP on Boobie monster
Step 3 - Let Boobie monster NP. Have an evade on Scathach.
Step 4 - Use replacement Waver + Helena to get Scathach to full again.
Step 5 - Scathach 2nd NP kills Boobie monster.

ALSO

Made a little tool for farming efficiency for anyone who wants it:

...yeah I already got my 200 million so now I'm just running the 3 million one. Herc/Lancelot/Double Waver with plugsuit. Herc gets the mega damage boost CE, just needs to get 10% NP charge, after which point Waver uses his stuff to charge NPs (crit buff on Lancelot), switch out Wavers, continue buffing. Lancelot uses NP, kills Crystal's and gives a lot of stars. Herc uses HIS NP and then... really just start whacking Ushi really really hard.

So, Camelot coming soon. I'll make one of my mega-info dumps for this because I'm hyped for everything from Camelot. After I get back from work, though, so expect it in like 12-13 hours.

Mike, your Raikou is OP. Buffed up with the red beans and a load of other boosts her NP will deal around 700k damage at 300%...

Ok maybe I lied a bit. Some stuff here.

New Servants
5* Rider: Ozymandias
Single target Buster NP. Seal enemy NP, lower defense (Overcharge)

Skills: Charisma, Imperial Privilege, Protection from Ra (Party NP charge/Buff success up)

Cards: QAABB

And thus we have a new 5* Rider. A good one! Murder all the Caster bosses!

4* Caster: Nitocris
AoE Arts NP. Chance to instakill.

Skills: Egyptian Magecraft (Heal self, self instakill rate up), High Speed Divine Words, Affection of Horus (Guts, cleanse self debuffs)

Cards:  QAAAB

Don't have any input for Nitocris. She's one 4* Caster I have never gotten. God why are there so many Casters. On paper she looks decent at least. Also cute!

4* Saber: Lancelot
Single Target Arts NP. Arts up for 1 turn (activates first), deal damage, increase enemy damage taken (Overcharge)

Skills: Knight of the Lake (30% NP Charge, gain crit stars), Eternal Arms Mastership (omnom stars), Knight of Owner (stars per turn, crit damage up for 3 turns)

Cards: QAABB

The new critmonster arrives. This one makes his own stars!

3* Archer: Tawara Toda
AoE Buster NP. Increase damage against Demon enemies for 1 turn.

Skills: Protection from Divine Dragon (Buster up for 3 turns, heal), Protection from Arrows, Bale of Inexhaustibility (Party Max HP up for 3 turns)

Cards: QAABB

Another one I don't have anything to say about. Yay another Archer I guess?

3* Assassin: Hassan of Serenity
Single Target Arts NP. Poison, chance to seal skills and NP. Chance to Instakill.

Skills: Shapeshift (Infiltration) (Enemy crit chance down, reduce enemy NP gauge), Throwing Dagger, Silent Dance(Instakill rate up, Debuff success rate up for 3 turns)

See Nitocris and Tawara's notes.
