Atago's main skill is literally "Arsonist". Increases damage with HE, increases chance to ignite fires, and increases burn damage. Her character is of the "onee-san" archetype.

Also, since Atago, I also got Illustrious while trying (so far unsuccessfully) for Unicorn, and got the NUMBA WAN! ship.

Oh, lucky drop of Atago, farmed 3-4 a lot but stopped trying after I got a second Kaga, being happy of having white fluffy, since I liked her more than Atago anyway~

Also, starter retrofit coming soon! My Z23 will grow stronger!

As for SSR, apart from Enterprise that keeps evading me, I'm quite well : Hood, Takao, Kaga, Prinz, Prince of Wales, Shoukaku, Zuikaku, Illustrious, Belfast, Atago, AND got Sandy yesterday.

As a result, my main fleet are full SSR, though I only use Takao and Prinz among my vanguard, not a fan of the others (though will probably try to level up Atago once I've got enough bullin)

So...checked the event mission, saw building 3 ship and doing a hard mode main story stage.
Build 3 ship, get SSR Minneapolis.
Run 3-4 in hard, get Akagi.

...I like this event.

Got Washington a few days ago, which was nice, though I'm still at least a couple of weeks away from being able to pair her up with South Dakota. Also got Maryland, but otherwise mostly been getting N and Rs for my daily builds.

Then today, I was overrun with coins with no T4 boxes or T3 skill books in the shop to buy, so I threw 8 extra cubes at Heavy build and see if I can finally get Hood.

Well now, looks like maxing out Enterprise's Lucky E skill ASAP really paid off. Finally getting some decent win rates in exercises over the past week let me get South Dakota a week ahead of schedule.

Gonna have to buckle down and stockpile cubes if I want to get any of the HDN girls, since I’m down to 8 right now as a result of throwing too many cubes at Minneapolis. Got everybody else on the rate up (and Washington 3 times!), but I’ve given up on Minne.

Thus, I finally started seriously farming 3-4 for the foxy girls last night.

Best event is starting O_O

I have more than 150 cubes, with getting all the HDN as my objective, which mean I'll probably have to farm a lot of any map we can obtain them, on top of rates up.

Sadly, I think the only ones we can get without building is Neptune (with commander level 15+) and Vert (through daily missions).

So far, after throwing over 40 cubes at the banner, I have gotten White Heart... And another copy of White Heart, without seeing any trace of Blanc yet.

Just went and threw 38 cubes at banner (only had enough gold for 19 roll), got 2 of both White Heart and Blanc, meaning I'll probably just stick to enough roll for daily mission and no more for this banner, given Purple Hear is the only one I'm missing. Will wait for next one with the Noire/Black and Green Heart rate up before mass building again

Since the start of the event, and a fair bit over 100 cubes used (excluding non-Neptunia girls below SSR):

> Blanc (Yay! Finally!)
> Green Heart (what is rate-up even?)

... Well, still 3 days or so left to keep trying for Purple Heart rate-up. We’ll see how it goes.

Less than 70 cubes for me, got a total of 3 White Heart, 2 Blanc, 1 Noire, 1 Neptune and 1 Green Heart. Got a few non-neptunia Elites, but no other SSR

Still waiting for that Purple Hear too...Basically throwing all my gold in build, which is the only reason I'm not building even more

EDIT: about 30 rolls later, one more blanc, one more White Heart, still no purple...
60 cubes left, wondering whether not just stopping trying to get purple so that I have enough cubes to get black heart

EDIT 2 : 34 cubes left, BUT I GOT PURPLE HEART!

Also a 5th Blanc, meaning I can now max her without, and a 2nd Noire. Now only need to wait for BH rate up to try and get her

Yeah, also ended up with Noire too ("the rate up is a lie"), lol.

But, after too many cubes that I don't even want to try to think about, finally got that 2:44 build time.

Only Black Heart left to go.
