Question about Thread Location(New RP)

Hi all, Im about to post details for a possible crossover RP("Static" RP/ Posting on the thread and "Live" RP using Skype), in the future. Im just wondering where I would post such a topic because Im getting conflicted answers right now.

I'd be intrested in a forum RP, gives all a lot easier time contributing to the convo at hand. A live one really needs a decent amount of players who can meet at a certain time & date, hence making them difficult to organise and might exclude a few who aren't as quick with the pen than veteran RP'ers.
